3. Booking & Appointments

Once a booking request is received, we will confirm:

  • Estimated price (subject to inspection if required)
  • Appointment date and time

If any changes are needed, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
  • Prices are based on labor, materials, and service type.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent requests, materials, or after-hours services.
  • Payment is accepted via cash, card, or bank transfer after service completion (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 12 hours in advance.

If a technician is already dispatched or work has begun, a minimum call-out fee may apply to cover transportation and inspection time.

6. Service Warranty

Mr. Handyman Dubai provides a limited service warranty on workmanship for selected tasks.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the nature of the job.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interference after service.
  • In the rare case of an issue, contact us within the warranty period and we’ll inspect and correct the problem promptly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, the customer must:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
  • Ensure power, water, and essential utilities are available.
  • Remove or protect valuable items before service begins.
  • Notify our team of any hazards or safety concerns on-site.

Mr. Handyman Dubai is not liable for issues arising from unsafe or inaccessible work environments.

8. Property & Damage Policy

Our technicians take the utmost care while performing any work.
In case of accidental damage directly caused by our team, Mr. Handyman Dubai will assess the situation fairly and provide repair or compensation within reasonable limits.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Issues caused by poor installation from previous work
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

9. Insurance & Safety

All technicians operate under proper safety standards and procedures.
Mr. Handyman Dubai holds public liability coverage to ensure client and staff safety.
However, customers are also encouraged to have valid home or property insurance for additional protection.

10. Third-Party Services

In certain cases, we may coordinate with trusted third-party specialists for tasks such as electrical certifications, major installations, or specialized repairs.
These contractors operate under their own service policies, and we ensure only reputable professionals are involved.
