1. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or email, our support team assigns a technician and service schedule.
You’ll receive a confirmation message detailing your appointment date, time, and estimated cost.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking under the following conditions:
- Free Cancellation:
If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged. - Late Cancellation (within 12 hours):
A small service fee (up to AED 50) may apply to cover technician allocation and travel arrangements. - Same-Day or On-Site Cancellations:
If our technician has already arrived or is en route, a minimum call-out charge will apply depending on the service type and location.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Prepaid Services:
If you’ve prepaid for a service and cancel before the technician’s visit, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees, if applicable). - Service Not Delivered:
If our technician is unable to complete the work due to our internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the completed portion of work. - Service Dissatisfaction:
If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, we’ll first attempt a free rework or adjustment. If the issue remains unresolved, we may offer a partial refund at management’s discretion.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days through the same payment method used during booking.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds do not apply in the following situations:
- The issue arises from a pre-existing condition not disclosed before the service.
- The customer refuses to allow work after technician arrival.
- The service was completed as agreed, and dissatisfaction is unrelated to service quality.
- The work site was inaccessible, or no one was available at the scheduled time.
6. Technician Arrival Delays
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to Dubai traffic or unforeseen conditions.
If there’s a delay of more than 30 minutes, our team will notify you in advance and offer to reschedule or continue at your convenience — no penalty will apply.
